Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing An international membership organization and resource center on hearing loss and spoken language approaches and related issues. Aims to serve as one of the best information and support centers for pediatric hearing loss and the auditory approach.
Association of Late Deafened Adults (LDA) They make up the largest group of deaf individuals. This site provides information on late-onset deafness as well as support available in your area. There is a national group which holds annual conventions as well as local groups throughout the world which offer a more personal support system.
Australian Communication Exchange  - Dedicated to empowering those who are Deaf or have a hearing, speech or communication impairment, to obtain access to the telephone and other telecommunication networks. Includes news, services, support and resources.
Australian Hearing Services Providing treatment for hearing related problems including ear infection and deafness. Government subsidised services including fm system, cochlear implants and bernafon.
British Deaf Association Organization that promotes sign language and deaf issues. Provides a central resource for deaf people from across the world to communicate and share experiences, and offers information to both deaf and hearing people alike on useful resources.
Canadian Hard Of Hearing Association (CHHA) A consumer-based, non-profit, self-help organization formed by and for hard of hearing Canadians. CHHA is the national voice of all hard of hearing Canadians, works cooperatively with professionals, service providers and government bodies, and provides information about hard of hearing issues and solutions.
Canadian Hard Of Hearing Association (CHHA), British Columbia Chapter  - A consumer organization of hard of hearing people, with national, regional and local structures dedicated to the assistance of hard of hearing people across Canada.
Center for Hearing and Deafness Research Includes research activities and contact details for the center based at the Children's Hospital Medical Center of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) International A non-profit organization for the adult hearing sons and daughters of deaf parents.
Constance Brown Hearing Centers Provides information concerning types of hearing aids, hearing loss and anatomy of the ear and FAQs. Lists developmental speech and hearing milestones for infants and children . Links to other sites, newsletters, products
and the effects of noise on hearing is discussed.

The Deaf Service Center of SW Florida Provides services to promote and advance the quality of life for the deaf and hard of hearing citizens of Southwest Florida, including sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, advocacy, and community education, for all of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, and Desoto Counties.
Deaf Studies Trust Aims to enhance and improve the quality of deaf people's lives and their contribution to society. Site includes profile, news, research, publications, and resources.
Deafblind Access of the South An organization whose mission is to extinquish isolation for a weekend, by bringing together Deaf-Blind individuals from the Southeast and USA, exposing them to new experiences through workshops, team building events, and social
gatherings with the assistance of Service Support Providers, while improving the self-esteem of the Deaf-Blind.
Deafchild International This child-friendly site acts as a hub for communication between schools and deaf
individuals. Includes chat room and video conferencing facilities, as well as learning resources for deaf children. Requires registration for full content.
Deaflawyers.org Place where deaf and hard of hearing attorneys and law students can gather, find resources, hold discussions with each other, and share tips on the practice or
study of law.
Deafness Research Foundation America's only voluntary health organization committed to curing and preventing all forms of hearing loss, and making lifelong hearing health a national
priority.
Deafnet Association An organization serving the deaf and hard of hearing community of Western Maryland, Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, South Central Pennsylvania, and North Western Virginia. Includes services, news, resources and contact details.
Deaf-REACH Maximizes the self-sufficiency of socially and economically disadvantaged, multihandicapped deaf
persons.
Defeating Deafness The UK's only national medical research charity for hearing-impaired people. Includes news, research and information.
Michigan Deaf and Hard of Hearing People A Michigan state-wide coalition of agencies and organizations working
together to improve accessibility and services for Michigan's Deaf and
Hard of Hearing people.

research concerning the demographic and academic characteristics of
deaf and hard of hearing populations, providing information mostly to
educators.
  Hearing and Speech Center of Florida

of North Carolina, providing an avenue to exchange, gather, and

  Irish Art and Cultural Society of the Deaf

along with general deaf and cultural information. Also provides many

language.

information for deaf and hard of hearing children and their families - it's
a one-stop place for any information you may want relating to hearing
impairment in children.
  Minuteman Implant Club, Inc (MIC) <http://www.cisupport.org>  -
Support organization for cochlear implant users, their families and
professionals. The MIC hosts a biannual convention attended by over 600
individuals.
  Music and the Deaf <http://www.matd.org.uk/>  - Promotes enjoyment of
music and the performing arts to the hearing-impaired community.

throughout the United Kingdom, and their instrument lending library.
National Association of the Deaf NAD is a non-profit organization designed to empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing Individuals. This site covers much of what the NAD believes in as well as opportunity to become a member. Members have their own section with weekly articles and other perks.
National Center on Deafness Non-profit organization that provides support services to post-secondary students who
are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the deaf community at large.
The National Deaf Children's Society Charity for deaf children based in the United Kingdom.
Sound Seekers Charity supporting deaf individuals, particularly children in developing countries within the British Commonwealth.
